MEEK MILL SENTENCED TO 3-6 MONTHS IN COUNTY JAIL DUE TO VIOLATION OF PROHIBITATION

This is unfortunate, and untimely
Fox 29 Philadelphia is reporting that Meek Mill has just been sentenced to 3-6 months in county jail.  Details on the developing story were scarce, but in a short phone conversation with their news team, we’ve learned that they are in the court room right now, and the jail sentence is due to Meek violating his probation.  Earlier this year, Meek visited an inmate in prison, which was a violation of the probation handed down to him following a 2009 drug and gun case, and his Grammy Awards weekend party was so wild it had to be shut down by police, also something frowned upon by the judge, according to a report from Philly.com.
Meek’s new album, Dreams Worth More Than Money, is due out on September 2nd.  More updates from this story as they become available.
