11 KILLED IN BULGARIA FLOODING

At least 11 people mostly children have died and several are missing after torrential rain and heavy floods hit eastern Bulgaria.
Floodwaters in the Black Sea port city of Varna surged up to 1m (3.2ft) sweeping cars and houses away. Hundreds have been left without food housing or electricity.
